Join us for an exclusive degustation dinner presented by Illawarra Prime Alpaca. On Wednesday 21th October Chef David Campbell, owner of Wharf Rd and The Hungry Duck will take over the kitchen at 66 on Ernest and lead our Commercial Cookery students and serve a tasty and exciting selection of dishes. Dishes are to share, so make sure to bring a couple of friends along!
